Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience in specified area of the theatre where the employee will work (costumes, acting, carpentry, etc).

Required Education and/or Experience:- Ability to work as a team member.
- Ability to communicate effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:- Professional artist or arts student preferred.
