We’re looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Account Manager to support music industry clients with the execution and delivery of merchandise and product lines. This role will serve as the key point of contact for artist teams, overseeing timelines, approvals, and day-to-day coordination to ensure smooth execution from concept through fulfillment. You’ll work closely with internal production, design, and logistics teams to manage deliverables and maintain a high level of service across all accounts.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for artists, managers, and label partners, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout each project

Manage the full lifecycle of merchandise orders — from intake and approvals to production, delivery, and post-launch follow-up

Coordinate closely with internal design, production, and logistics teams to align on timelines, materials, and client expectations

Gather and organize creative assets, style direction, and feedback from clients; track revisions and approvals as needed

Monitor order statuses, inventory levels, and shipment tracking to proactively flag and resolve issues

Maintain accurate records, timelines, and reporting for internal and client-facing updates

Support planning and execution of merchandise tied to tour launches, album drops, and other major events

Collaborate on pricing, cost estimates, and production specs to ensure client needs are met within budget

Stay informed on market trends, artist brand positioning, and fan preferences to help deliver relevant and high-performing product lines
Requirements:

3–5 years of account management or client services experience, ideally within the music, entertainment, or branded consumer goods industries

Experience working directly with high-profile clients, talent teams, or brand partners

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines

Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and follow-through

Ability to juggle multiple projects at various stages while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Familiarity with merchandise production processes, order management systems, and logistics workflows
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint; experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) a plus

Knowledge of music industry structures, artist teams, and release cycles preferred

Compensation/Benefits:

The approximate annual base salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $125,000.00. The offered salary or salary range for this position will vary based on role requirements, skill set and years of experience.
