Generation Church is searching for a Worship Pastor who is passionate to lead and help create spiritually engaging, life-changing experiences for our church. Our vision is for an experienced man of God who is both passionate for musical excellence and spiritual shepherding.

The Worship Pastor of Generation Church:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Worship Pastor will work with the creative team, under the direction of the Executive Pastor of Creative Arts, to:
- Provide spiritual and musical leadership for all weekend services, events, and smaller settings
- Worship Team leadership: scheduling, and development of volunteer team
- Pastoral shepherding of the volunteer team and extended congregation
- Recruitment and development of high-excellence Worship Team volunteers
- Be a “connector” for new VIP guests and the Arts community of the Juipiter, FL region
- Contribute to the Creative Planning process for services, events, and sermon series
- Provide support to the Youth Creative Arts ministry teams
- Collaborate with the leadership towards the overall vision and mission of Generation Church
- Additional tasks and responsibilities in Creative Arts as time allows
QUALIFICATIONS:
The Worship Pastor for Generation Church will have/be:
- Theological and missional alignment with the Vision of Generation Church
- A style of platform leadership that is exciting, charismatic, and invitational
- Advanced vocal and instrumental abilities, able to lead from piano and/or guitar
- 3+ years experience minimum effectively lead a large teams in a modern context
- Experience with multitracks, IEMS, PlanningCenter, ProPresenter, and Studio Recording
- Background with graphics, film production, and online church campuses, and social media a plus
