Job Description:
We are looking for experienced early childhood teachers and/or music educators and private lesson instructors who:

This is a full-time position where you'll have the opportunity to teach and inspire young learners. We bring specialized age-appropriate music programs to over 4,000 students each week. As the fastest-growing music enrichment program in the country, our teachers unite in our vision of bringing music and its benefits to as many children as possible.
Position Details & Compensation:
- Base Salary: $3,500/month (salary) + $500/month (Mileage & Gas)
- Total Monthly Compensation Potential: $4,000 – $7,000/month, including salary, mileage stipend, and performance-based bonuses.
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, No weekends!Work 8-hour shifts (Example: 8:45 AM – 12:45 PM & 2:45 PM – 6:45 PM)
Responsibilities Include: teaching, traveling between school locations, training, administrative tasks, attendance upkeep, and parent communication
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- 1+ year of experience playing piano (required). Experience with other instruments (e.g., guitar, ukulele) is a plus.
- Ability to sing children’s songs and learn new ones.
- Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation—comfortable driving between 2-6 locations daily.
- Tech-savvy or willing to learn (Skype, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.).
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to the DMV area before starting work.
