Are you an exceptional Music Therapist with a passion for making a difference? ESS Clinical is seeking dedicated Music Therapists to join our team of professionals in our school-based settings for the 2025-2026 school year in Frederick County Public Schools!
Pay $64-71/hr
W2 and 1099 options
No non-competes in our contracts
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in music therapy (or equivalent) from an AMTA approved program at an accredited college/university
- Certified music therapist by the Certification Board for Music Therapists (CBMT)
- Experience in school-based setting preferred but not required
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess Student Needs
- Develop and Implement Music-Based Interventions
- Collaborate with School Staff and Families
- Document Progress and Contribute to IEPs
- Promote Inclusion and Generalization
