Duties
- Perform live music for theater productions, concerts, and special events, ensuring high-quality sound and stage presence
- Collaborate with directors, producers, and other musicians to interpret musical arrangements and adapt performances as needed
- Rehearse regularly to perfect timing, coordination, and overall performance quality
- Assist in setting up musical equipment, including instruments, microphones, and sound systems
- Participate in sound checks and troubleshoot technical issues during performances
- Engage with audiences to enhance the overall experience and promote the event or production
- Contribute to the development of new musical pieces or arrangements for upcoming projects
- Maintain instruments and musical equipment in excellent condition
Experience
- Proven experience performing in theater settings or live music environments is highly desirable
- Strong proficiency with various instruments or vocal performance skills
- Experience working within a team-oriented environment, collaborating effectively with directors and fellow artists
- Knowledge of stage etiquette and the ability to adapt performances based on audience response and venue requirements
- Prior experience in theater is a valuable asset, demonstrating familiarity with theatrical timing, cues, and staging dynamics

Pay: From $50.00 per hour
