We need someone who understands musicians — not a generic call center rep.
The Role
We’re hiring a part-time appointment setter to:
Contact new leads quickly (within 5–10 minutes)
Start real conversations (DM, SMS, light calls)
Qualify for seriousness + investment
Book them into free trainings and strategy calls
Send reminders
Reduce no-shows
Follow up with no-shows
You must be comfortable asking:
“Are you investing in your music?”
“Are you serious about releasing?”
Schedule (Split Shift Structure)
This is NOT a 40-hour job.
We need coverage blocks across the day.
Example structure (Pacific Time):
9am–11am
1pm–2pm
6pm–7pm
Compensation
600 to 1000 per month depending on experience
$10 bonus per free training show-up
$25 bonus per low ticket sign ups
$150–$300 bonus per closed high ticket VIP client
If you book quality people who show up and invest, you earn more.
Music Background (Strongly Preferred)
Ideal candidate:
Is a musician, producer, or songwriter
Understands the mindset of independent artists
Can speak the language of how to write songs, music releases, Spotify, etc.
If you’ve never worked with musicians, this role is probably not for you.
Requirements
You must:
Have appointment setting or sales experience
Speak strong conversational English
Be organized inside CRM systems (we use GoHighLevel)
Be proactive and fast
Be comfortable following up multiple times
Bonus if you:
Have worked in coaching
Have high-ticket setting experience
Have experience with creative audiences
You Will Be Measured On
Response time:
Appointments booked
Show-up rate
Quality of booked calls
