Requirements:
- 2+ years of high ticket or consultative phone sales experience (offers $2,000+)
- Proven track record of closing at 20%+ on warm calls
- Strong ability to uncover pain points, build rapport, and guide prospects to a decision
- Self-directed and accountable — you track your own numbers and own your results
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Comfortable with Google Sheets and basic CRM/reporting tools
- Reliable home office setup with strong internet connection
- Recommended: Familiarity with music education, piano or other instrument.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct scheduled sales calls with warm, inbound leads interested in our premium programs
- Guide prospects through a consultative discovery process to understand their goals and identify the right fit
- Close enrolled students into high-ticket offers with integrity and confidence
- Follow up with unconverted leads in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate call notes, pipeline status, and outcome data in the CRM
- Attend required weekly team meetings and ongoing sales training
- Collaborate with the customer service and Inner Circle teams to ensure smooth handoffs and a positive student experience
Results:
- Minimum 20% close rate (required to pass trial period)
- Consistent monthly revenue contribution through new enrollments
- High post-sale satisfaction — students feel clear, confident, and excited about their decision
Compensation & Benefits:
- Commission: 10% of all cash collected
- Weekly cash collected bonuses ranging from $500-3,000+
- Additional team incentives monthly/quarterly
- Training Compensation: $200 flat rate for one-week training period (10–12 hours)
- Schedule: Flexible, 15–35 hours per week depending on call volume and need
- Average monthly earnings: $6,000-$20,000+ depending on performance
Trial Period:
This position includes a 30-day employment trial period to ensure alignment with our team and objectives. Performance will be evaluated throughout the 30 days, and continued employment is contingent on meeting a 20% minimum close rate and passing performance evaluations.
Required Weekly Meetings (all times PST):
- M 11:00–11:15 AM – Full Team Kickoff
- M 11:15 AM–12:00 PM – Sales Team Weekly Meeting
