We are looking for a future operator of a growing entertainment enterprise! This is NOT for someone who wants to babysit a shift. This is for someone who wants to run the show.
What You’ll Do
- Lead every live performance like it’s opening night.
- Command front-of-house and coordinate seamlessly with production.
- Protect a luxury-level guest experience.
- Own ticket revenue, forecasting, and performance profitability.
- Be the calm decision-maker when things get loud and fast.
- Engage directly with members, artists, and VIP guests.
- Lead pre-show briefings and post-show performance reviews.
- Represent ownership on the floor.
