The Lindeblad School of Music is seeking experienced, dedicated and personable voice instructor to join our faculty team. Long-term commitment and love of teaching is a must.
We are specifically looking for a voice teacher who is available on Thursdays from 3pm-8:30pm starting in July. We have an excellent voice program, with some students on a waiting list, and we are looking for a teacher who can join us to work with our students.
Qualifications for Private Voice Instructor Position
- Classical & Musical Theater background welcome!
- Ability to inspire and connect with students
- Effective communication and organization required
- Works well in team environment
- Completed Master’s degree required
- 2+ years of teaching experience
- Comfortable working with younger students, beginner, intermediate, and advanced level students for all ages.
- Ability to bring students to the higher level, and experience preparing students for auditions, recitals, and competitions.
- Knowledge of RCM (Royal Conservatory of Music exam) is a plus.
