Grace Notes Apopka is seeking dedicated, enthusiastic teachers to join our growing team as an independent contractor. We value experienced, committed teachers and typically offer our strongest candidates compensation near the top of the posted range.
Our schedule is filling quickly, and we need additional teachers who would be excited to grow with us long-term.
Preferred starting availability for piano during one or more of these times:
- Monday, Tuesday, or Friday: 4:00–8:00 p.m. (or even later)
- Saturday: 10:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
Preferred starting availability for drums during one or more of these times:
- Monday: Build your schedule as desired between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m.
- Tuesday: Between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
- Wednesday: Build your schedule as desired between 1:30 and 8 p.m.
Times are flexible and intended as a starting point. We have been growing rapidly and are working hard to keep up with demand, so there is potential to build a great schedule over time. Teachers may begin with just one day and add additional days as their schedule grows.
Ideal candidates:
- Have at least 2 years of successful, verifiable teaching experience
- Have a strong foundation in your instrument and music theory
- Enjoy working with children and families
- Are reliable, professional, and looking for a place to settle in long-term
- Are excited to be part of a rapidly growing music studio
Piano Teachers: It is especially helpful (but not required) if you are also able to offer another instrument or specialty, such as:
