Purpose
Lead the congregation in worship during Sunday services and provide spiritual and strategic leadership for the church’s worship ministry in collaboration with the lead pastor.

Primary Responsibilities
Worship Leadership
- Lead worship during weekly services, special events, and church gatherings.
- Select biblically faithful music that aligns with the theology and direction of the church.
- Help create worship environments that encourage engagement, clarity, and congregational participation.
Service Planning & Creative Collaboration
- Collaborate with the lead pastor to plan worship services supporting sermon series.
- Integrate creative elements such as music, video, Scripture, and media to support the teaching and worship experience.
Team Development & Culture
- Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor worship and production volunteers.
- Lead rehearsals with preparation, encouragement, and clarity.
- Build a healthy ministry culture marked by humility, growth, ownership, and teamwork.
- Develop future leaders and maintain a clear pathway for team involvement.
Technical & Ministry Oversight
- Oversee worship related production elements including audio, lighting, presentation, and service flow.
- Maintain worship planning software, team communication systems, and ministry organization.
- Assist in planning and managing the worship ministry budget alongside the lead pastor and church treasurer
Ministerial & Church Leadership Responsibilities
- Provide spiritual encouragement and pastoral support to worship, production teams, and communion team coordination.
- Participate in church-wide ministry initiatives and events.

- Solid theological understanding of worship and the local church.
- Ability to remain adaptable, composed, and solution oriented under pressure.
