About the Role
At our Academy, we believe that music education shapes more than sound, it shapes who we become. Since our founding in 2008, we've been one of Central Ohio's most trusted homes for transformative music education, growing into a thriving community across four Columbus-area locations where students don't just learn to play — they discover their artistic voice and build confidence that lasts a lifetime. From young beginners to advanced students preparing for auditions, we meet each one exactly where they are and guide them toward discovering their creativity, building their confidence and developing the grit that helps students grow for a lifetime.
We're seeking an accomplished pianist and devoted teacher for our Hilliard faculty — someone who understands that the right teacher doesn't just build skill, but builds the confidence and character that follows a student everywhere. (we also have positions open at our other locations in Dublin, Powell and Lewis Center)
This is more than a teaching job. You'll walk into a studio with a schedule that fills quickly, the administrative work handled for you, and a community of musicians who care as much about their students as they do about the music. Whether you're an active performer looking to teach part-time, a seasoned educator, or just starting out on your musical teaching journey, you’ll have the support, the students and the facility to do your best work.
