**Overview:**
We are seeking a passionate Music Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with disabilities and a strong background in music education.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement engaging music lessons for students
- Instruct students on music theory, history, and performance techniques
- Provide individual and group music lessons
- Organize and direct school musical performances and recitals
- Assess student progress and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with other teachers to integrate music into the overall curriculum
**Skills:**
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Curriculum development
- Experience working with students with disabilities
- Knowledge of special education principles
- Ability to educate and inspire students through music
- Familiarity with dance, ballet, theater, or culinary arts is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to tailor teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
