THIS JOB IS NOT A "REMOTE" POSITION.

We are seeking reliable and enthusiastic well-qualified music instructor to join our team.
Applicants to this position are required to have one or more of the following credentials/and have availability to work on Tuesdays (between 2:30 and 8:00pm) and Fridays (between 3pm and 7pm) to start (*with option to add other days, as agreeable). Credentials required: Either a Bachelor degree in Music, or enrollment in college of music. Preferable to have: at least 2 years of college education; with some experience in teaching experience or private teaching experience (minimum 1 year is preferred, but not required).
A candidate for this position must have full ability to read and perform music, have a solid understanding of Music Theory, Vocal pedagogy including Classical, Broadway Musicals, Popular Genres, and have the ability to work well with all ages young children (5 and up) through adult learners.
This contract position requires you to teach private lessons from our facility which may include a combination of in-person or Online Private Music Lesson Academy students. *NOTE: We will not allow teachers to teach remotely "off site". This is NOT a remote job.
An applicant for this position should be professional, courteous, with an eagerness to teach, and must be available and reliable.
An applicant should have a basic understanding of Piano (or be proficient in another instrument, in addition to vocal) - applicants with multiple specialties may have preference, so please list all of your abilities on your resume (*see instructions in this job post).
