Bleakmode Studios is seeking a musician/actor to collaborate on an ongoing original music project. This role involves performing music written under the Bleakmode Studios label and contributing creatively to a developing body of work.

This is a passion-driven, long-term collaboration rather than a traditional hourly position. Compensation is project-based and contingent on project revenue — payouts occur if and when the project generates income.

Responsibilities:

Perform original music written for Bleakmode Studios
Collaborate creatively on musical and performance elements
Record vocals and/or instrumental parts as needed
Participate in an ongoing creative project as availability allows

Requirements:

Musical and/or acting performance ability
Comfortable working independently and remotely
Reliable communication and commitment to the project
Availability outside of a primary day job (flexible scheduling)
Interest in long-term creative collaboration

Schedule:

Flexible
Work time is based on what the performer can reasonably provide outside of other employment

Compensation:

Revenue-based / profit-sharing model
Payment is tied directly to project success
