Store Manager Position

Rettig Music is now accepting applications for their location in Brunswick, Ohio. Experience in retail management as well as band and/or orchestra experience is helpful but not required.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Daily operation and management of a full-service retail store specializing in customer service, sales, and instrumental lessons.
Regular interaction with school music directors, parents, and students both in-person and over the phone/email.
Inventory management and sales floor merchandising.
Daily communication with other store managers, and educational sales representatives.
Paid vacations, paid holidays 401K, Health Insurance.
Salary will be based on experience.
Hours: M-TR 1:00-8:00, Sat 10:00-2:00, closed Fri and Sun.

Helpful Qualifications:

Experience in retail and or management
Please list any band or orchestra experience you have
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills, excellence in time management, and the ability to multi-task
Highly dependable with an outgoing and friendly personality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.72 - $19.69 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
