Guitar Tech / Sales Associate

Third Rock Music Center is a locally owned and operated boutique guitar shop that offers a unique experience to our customers. We pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge that sets us apart from others in our industry. We are looking for the right person to be a part of this fun team.

We're looking for a super-friendly, Guitar Tech/Repair and sales oriented person who enjoys playing music, learning about new gear and teaching others how to use that gear. As a sales associate, you'll be a integral part to our team in providing the knowledge, guidance and excellent customer service to ensure that our customers are treated to a great experience on every visit, phone call or online engagement.

Requirements:

High School Education

Ability to work some evenings and Saturdays

Reliable transportation to and from work

Knowledge of brands and products that are a part of and adjacent to the musical instrument industry

Previous customer service experience is desired

Teachable

Ability to learn inventory management

Must be self-starter

Can work independently and part of a team successfully
