About the Artist:

A singer-songwriter based in New York City is about to release a debut album of 8 original songs and is looking for a creative partner to help grow their online presence. The goal is to build a strong following on TikTok, Instagram, and beyond — with fun, authentic, and engaging content.

What We’re Looking For:

Someone who follows social media and trends, especially on TikTok and Instagram. Ideally you’re Manhattan-based and can meet up in person a few times a week to film content, brainstorm ideas, and collaborate on a social media strategy that stands out.

What You’ll Do:

Help build a social media game plan from the ground up.
Shoot and edit short-form content (TikToks, Reels, behind-the-scenes clips, etc.).
Suggest creative ideas and identify trends the artist can jump on.
Keep accounts active and consistent to drive growth.
Meet in person occasionally to record content and strategize.

What You Bring:

A strong sense of what’s trending on TikTok/Instagram for musicians.
Creativity, initiative, and a collaborative spirit.
Basic editing skills (phone editing apps are fine).
Experience in social media, music, or entertainment is a plus, but not required.

Details:

Paid hourly (rate negotiable).
Open to structuring as a monthly flat fee for ongoing management.
Flexible, part-time hours.
