Part-Time Booking Agent (Live Music) – Country Band | Northern California

P*rofessional, high-energy country band based in Northern California. We’re seeking a part-time, contract booking agent* to help secure paid live performances at bars, nightclubs, festivals, and private events throughout the region.

This is an ideal role for someone already connected to the live music or nightlife scene who wants flexible, commission-based income.

Responsibilities

Pitch and book the band at bars, clubs, festivals, and events
Develop and maintain relationships with venue buyers and promoters
Negotiate performance fees and confirm bookings
Coordinate dates and basic logistics with the band
Help build repeat and long-term bookings

Qualifications

Experience booking live music or entertainment (required)
Knowledge of Northern California venues and nightlife
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Organized, self-motivated, and reliable
Experience with country, Americana, or bar bands is a plus
Existing venue or promoter contacts preferred

Compensation

Commission-based pay per booked show (competitive percentage)
Bonus potential for repeat venues or higher-paying engagements
No cap on earnings
