To enhance our life-enrichment program, we are seeking talented musicians, singers, artists, and creative performers to join our roster of entertainers.

Position Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic, compassionate, and reliable entertainers who love performing for older adults. You will provide interactive, enjoyable sessions that may include live music, singing, visual arts, painting sessions, dance, poetry, storytelling, or other creative talents.

Your role is to create moments of joy, nostalgia, and connection—bringing comfort and excitement to residents who benefit greatly from expressive arts.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality entertainment programs for residents.

Engage residents in sing-alongs, creative activities, themed events, or seasonal performances.

Adapt performances to meet the cognitive, physical, and emotional needs of older adults, including those with dementia.

Collaborate with the Life Enrichment / Activities Director to plan schedules, themes, and special events.

Maintain a professional and compassionate demeanor at all times.

Qualification

Experience in music, performing arts, visual arts, or creative entertainment.

Prior experience working with seniors or special populations preferred, but not required.

Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and the ability to connect with diverse groups.

Reliable transportation and punctuality.

Must pass background check per state requirements.

Schedule & Compensation

Flexible scheduling: weekdays, evenings, or weekends available.

Performance-based or hourly compensation (negotiable based on experience).
