Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate schedules for musicians, ensuring timely rehearsals and performances
Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase visibility and audience engagement for musical acts
Organize events, concerts, and promotional appearances across various venues
Build and maintain relationships with theater venues, event organizers, and industry contacts
Oversee marketing efforts including social media campaigns, press releases, and promotional materials
Assist musicians with branding, image development, and career planning
Coordinate logistics such as equipment setup, stage management, and technical requirements during performances
Monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities for promotion and collaboration

Skills

Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail

Experience in theater production or live performance environments is highly desirable

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $1,006.42 - $1,212.03 per week
