About the Position

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Board-Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC) to join our growing team. This is a full-time, salaried position in a clinic-based setting serving clients in Greeley, CO. The position follows a four-day work week, M–TH with 10-hour days. The ideal candidate is independent, communicative, and committed to providing high-quality, client-centered care.

Start Date: May 26th, 2026

Key Responsibilities

Provide music therapy services to a caseload of clients in a multidisciplinary clinic (OT, PT, SLP)
Complete 22 clinical hours per week (full time)
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Communicate effectively with team members regarding client care and any arising situations
Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Participate in weekly team meetings and monthly peer supervision
Engage in quarterly individual supervision and professional development trainings

Job requirements:

MT-BC credential
Reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check
Ability to lift 15-20 pounds
Master’s degree preferred
Bilingual preferred (Spanish)
