Duties

Negotiate and secure licensing agreements for musical compositions across various media platforms
Manage and update music catalogs using industry-standard tools and software
Collaborate with songwriters, publishers, and licensing agencies to maximize revenue opportunities
Review and interpret legal documents related to rights ownership and usage rights
Utilize social media management skills to promote catalog offerings and industry presence
Prepare detailed reports on licensing activities, revenue streams, and market trends
Coordinate with post-production teams on music synchronization projects for multimedia content

Requirements

Strong editing, writing, and interpretation skills to analyze contracts and licensing terms
Excellent communication skills to negotiate deals and build professional relationships
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications such as Photoshop, Premiere, and video editing tools
Experience in social media management, digital marketing, or journalism is a plus
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging with diverse clients and markets
Technical writing expertise for drafting clear licensing agreements and documentation
Knowledge of video production, post-production processes, and music synchronization workflows
Familiarity with translation services for international licensing negotiations
Prior experience in music publishing, rights management or related fields is advantageous

Pay: $48,036.36 - $57,850.25 per year
