Job Title: Music Therapist
About the Role:
- We are seeking a qualified Music Therapist to provide on-site therapeutic services in support of the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services at Northcoast Behavioral Healthcare, a 260-bed inpatient facility for adults with acute mental illness.
Work Hours:
- Up to 20 hours per week. Exact schedule to be decided in coordination with Northcoast Behavioral Healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct group and individual music therapy sessions for various units.
- Participate in patient evaluations and treatment team meetings.
- Complete required documentation and charting in accordance with Northcoast Behavioral Healthcare policies and state/federal requirements.
Requirements:
- Must be a State of Ohio Board Certified Music Therapist.
