Our mission is to provide artists with high-quality recording, mixing, and production services in a supportive and inspiring environment.
Role Overview
We’re seeking a motivated Audio Engineer (Contractor) to join our team. This is a project-based role, ideal for someone entrepreneurial who enjoys both engineering and building relationships. You’ll play a key role in shaping the studio’s growth while working closely with artists to achieve professional sound quality.
What You’ll Do
- Record, mix, and edit sessions in collaboration with artists.
- Operate studio equipment, ensuring professional sound quality.
- Support clients through the creative process with technical expertise and guidance.
- Actively network and bring in new artists/clients to the studio, contributing to the growth of All Studio A.
- Maintain an efficient and positive studio environment.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in studio recording or freelance audio engineering.
- Portfolio, demo reels, or project samples strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with DAWs (Pro Tools, Logic, or similar).
- Solid understanding of studio equipment, signal flow, and mixing techniques.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with artists.
- Reliable, professional, and passionate about high-quality sound.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to network with potential clients
Compensation
This is a contractor position with project-based pay. Payment is tied to booked studio sessions. As part of this role, engineers are also expected to help bring new clients to the studio and grow All Studio A’s presence.
