The Director of Digital Ministry is responsible for working with the Lead Pastor and Director of Worship to plan for Sunday/Special services as well as oversee the Production Team.
- Coordinate our Sunday morning Worship Service which includes prayer, planning, Thursday evening rehearsal and presentation, working with the Lead Pastor and Director of Worship to build the worship experience for Sunday services as well as any other special services
- Will work with the Lead Pastor and Director of Worship to prepare ProPresenter for the sermon and music each week
- Production oversight of in person and live stream worship services: audio, video, graphics, lighting. (Lightkey, Logic Pro Audio)
- Post sermon audio to podcast apps (ChurchCenter, Apple, Spotify) by noon on Monday following the service.
- Train all team members in the operation of the worship technology hardware and software. This includes technical skills such as how to operate equipment or software, as well as artistic skills like how to improve the musical mix or create more effective visuals.
- Equip the tech team with the proper hardware and software, ensuring that everything needed to produce a high-quality audio and visual experience is available to them.
- Maintain existing worship tech equipment. Recommend improvements to stay current with evolving technology and plan for the future.
- Create a schedule, and execute the Social Media Plan
Position Type:
- Full-Time or Part-Time (Flexible hours available, with weekend and evening commitments).
- Compensation commensurate with experience and hours worked.
