Job Overview
The Music Minister plays a vital role in leading and enhancing the musical aspects of worship within the community. This position requires a passionate individual who can inspire and engage congregants through music, while also fostering a supportive environment for musicians and singers. The Music Minister will collaborate with church leadership to develop a vibrant music program that aligns with the church's mission and values.
Duties
- Lead worship services through music, ensuring a spiritually uplifting experience for congregants.
- Organize and direct choir rehearsals, instrumental groups, and solo performances.
- Select appropriate music for worship services, special events, and seasonal celebrations.
- Provide teaching and mentoring to choir members and musicians to enhance their skills and confidence.
- Collaborate with other ministry leaders to integrate music into various church activities and outreach programs.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages participation from all members of the congregation in musical activities.
- Maintain communication with church leadership regarding music program developments and needs.

Pay: From $20,000.00 per year
