We are seeking an energetic, self-starting Music School Manger to help grow our family’s music school. The ideal applicant is not only an earnest natural salesperson, but also someone who is passionate about music education. The two go together at our school!

- Hiring, training and managing teaching staff
The best candidates have:
- Retail sales experience
- A warm personality that sets a welcoming tone
- Passion for music education
- Experience playing or teaching a musical instrument
Education and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree, ideally in business management or music studies
Skills:
- Must be proficient in English speaking and writing skills. Spanish language desirable but not required
- Microsoft Office
- Must be able to handle musical equipment such as amplifiers, etc.
