We are seeking a dedicated and driven Customer Service and Sales Representative to provide exceptional support to our customers and contribute to our continued success.

Responsibilities:
As a CS and Sales Representative, you will be the front-line ambassador for our brand. Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound tickets and calls with utmost professionalism and efficiency.
2. Utilizing strong phone and email skills to assist customers in resolving their queries and issues promptly.
3. Managing and utilizing the ZenDesk CRM platform to ensure streamlined customer support.
4. Overseeing online service and providing exceptional customer service via email and phone.
We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:
1. Previous experience in customer service or sales
2. Familiarity with CRM platforms, particularly ZenDesk, is highly advantageous.
3. Strong phone skills.
4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers, promoting lasting relationships.
5. A passion for music and musical instruments and experience in the pro audio industry is must.

- This is not a remote position. Full time on site is required . Our office is located in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. (Remote/Hybrid work available for fully trained staff only after undetermined time frame )
