IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR PIANO INSTRUCTOR!
Allegro School of Music is looking to hire a piano instructor to teach private lessons for the remainder of the 2025-26 Season (Sept.-May) & Summer Session 2026 (June-Aug.). Candidates must have a music degree or be in the process of earning a music degree from an accredited college or university. Preference will be given to candidates with at least one year of teaching experience and whose primary instrument is piano. Ability to teach other instruments is a plus.
Compensation is based on education, experience & other factors and begins at $22-28/hour for new private instructors with opportunities for future pay increases. Candidates must be able to commit to the remainder of the 2025-26 Season (into May) & Summer Session 2026 (June-Aug.) and be available for lessons on one or more weekday afternoons and evenings at our Main Studio in NE Grand Rapids.
