About Baby Bandstand
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in growing an emerging children’s entertainment brand at the intersection of education, live performance, and digital media.
Baby Bandstand is a fast-growing early childhood music company in the tri-state area that combines live performance with speech and language enrichment for babies and toddlers. Founded by performer and educator Ms. Alyssa in collaboration with a speech-language pathologist, the program uses interactive live music to support early communication and development.
Baby Bandstand offers in-person classes, birthday party entertainment, and live events, and has expanded its reach through a growing media platform including YouTube (400K+ subscribers) and social content that helps families support early learning through music.
As Baby Bandstand continues to grow, we are seeking a Part-Time Growth Strategist to help grow our in-person offerings by expanding enrollment, improve retention, grow birthday party bookings, and develop marketing systems that will support long-term expansion.
This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who enjoys building growth systems, driving measurable results, and helping a mission-driven brand reach more families.
The Role
You will work closely with the founder to design and execute strategies that increase enrollment, retention, and revenue. This is a high-impact, part-time role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities- Enrollment & Revenue Growth
- Develop and implement strategies to increase class enrollment
- Optimize enrollment processes and maximize class capacity
- Build and manage systems that generate consistent leads and inquiries
Retention Strategy
- Implement systems that encourage repeat enrollment each semester
- Analyze parent feedback and student retention trends
- Develop initiatives to increase long-term customer loyalty
Birthday Party & Event Growth
- Grow birthday party bookings
- Optimize inquiry response and follow-up systems
- Identify opportunities for new events and partnerships
Marketing & Lead Generation
- Develop and execute local marketing initiatives that generate leads
- Build partnerships with preschools, daycares and other family organizations
- Expand Baby Bandstand’s parent community and email list
Strategic Growth
- Analyze enrollment trends to identify new growth opportunities
- Recommend and implement systems to support future expansion
- Contribute ideas for scaling Baby Bandstand’s reach locally and nationally
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience in growth strategy, marketing, or enrollment-driven businesses
- Is strategic, analytical, and entrepreneurial
- Can design systems to grow enrollment, retention, and revenue
- Is comfortable working in a fast-growing, small business environment
- Is passionate about building a beloved children’s brand
Bonus experience:
- Early childhood programs, music or arts education, enrichment businesses
- Studio or small business operations (dance, music, gymnastics)
- Startup growth marketing or community partnership development
Compensation
- $30/hour base pay + Performance-based commissions tied to:
- New enrollments
- Birthday party bookings
- Growth milestones (e.g., launching new classes or locations)
As Baby Bandstand grows, there is opportunity for this role to evolve into a leadership position, overseeing larger growth initiatives and expansion projects.
