About the Role
We are hiring for on-site Music Therapist positions in La Crescenta, CA. Both full-time and part-time positions are available with benefits.
Our core services include:
- Individual and group-based Music Therapy
- Adaptive Music Lessons for neurodiverse children and teens
Full-Time Openings
- Staff Music Therapist (Full-Time)
- Hourly Rate: $36.00 - $37.50
- Annual Salary: $74,880 - $78,000
- Vacation: 80 hours
- Health Benefits: $400/month via IACRHA

Part-Time Openings
- Music Therapist (Part-Time)
- Hourly Rate: $30 - $55
- Group Session Rate: $75 - $90
- Flexible Work Schedule:
- Monday - Friday: 2 PM - 8 PM
- Saturday: 9 AM - 3 PM
Our part-time rates range from $30 - $50 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, availability, and work productivity. Group-based session rates range from $75 - $90 per hour.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Music Therapy
- Board Certification from the Certification Board for Music Therapists (CBMT). Candidates who are going to take their CBMT soon are also welcome to apply!
- Experience in developing individualized treatment plans and using music as a therapeutic tool
- Strong ability to work with diverse populations and age groups
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Understanding of and adherence to ethical standards in Music Therapy
