Music City is hiring a Field Marketing Manager to recruit, coach, and drive performance for our Door-to-Door Appointment Setter team. This is a hands-on leadership role where your income grows with your team’s results.
Compensation
- Competitive Base Pay based on experience, $40,000 - $50,000
- Uncapped monthly bonus opportunities, Paid on team and personal performance
- Top leaders exceed $4,000+ per month in bonuses
What You’ll Do
- Recruit, train, and mentor Appointment Setters
- Set daily/weekly goals and track performance
- Coach communication and field execution
- Coordinate schedules and territories

- Leadership experience in sales, canvassing, or field marketing
- Competitive, results-driven mindset
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Valid driver’s license and clean record
