IN THE GREEN Music Directors collaborate with the Director to help them realize their artistic vision for a show musically, including selecting the student cast, teaching the music, and bringing the students to a performance level by the time of the show's opening.
Essential Duties Music Directors will:
- Attend semester auditions to select the student cast members
- Lead music rehearsals
- Collaborate with the director to realize all of the musical elements of the show
- Collaborate with producer and faculty to ensure artistic process aligns with educational goals of the department
- Be an integral part of delivering a high-caliber production

Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree and/or extensive experience in the field
Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree and/or extensive experience in the field; MFA
