We are currently seeking talented producers to join our production ecosystem and contribute to the development of our growing sync catalog.
Position Overview
Music Production Associates work alongside Eighti Republic’s Sync Division to create original instrumental music intended for commercial licensing opportunities.
This position is ideal for producers who:
- Want to build a professional catalog
- Enjoy collaboration and creative development
- Have an interest in sync licensing
- Can consistently create high-quality music
Responsibilities
- Produce original instrumental music
- Create melodic loops, drum compositions, and full productions
- Participate in collaborative production initiatives
- Maintain organized project files and stems
- Submit music according to company production standards
- Meet weekly creative deadlines

Qualifications
- Experience producing music using a DAW of your choice
- Understanding of arrangement, sound selection, and mixing
- Ability to work independently

- Existing production catalog preferred
