NOW HIRING: PROFESSIONAL BALLET & DANCE TEACHERS
Miami Fine Arts Academy with 3 location in South Florida
Join an established and growing network of private arts schools dedicated to inspiring excellence through dance education!
About Us
Miami Fine Arts Academy is a respected network of private music, dance, and art schools proudly serving South Florida families for 17 years.
Our mission is to offer the highest value and standards of excellence and to positively influence and inspire those who strive to be EXTRAORDINARY.
We believe that exceptional arts education goes far beyond teaching technique. It develops confidence, discipline, creativity, perseverance, and character while inspiring students to discover their full potential.
We are committed to continuous improvement, student-centered teaching, exceptional customer service, and creating a positive and inspiring learning environment.
We love what we do, and we believe the most extraordinary teachers are those who have teaching in their hearts.
We seek dedicated, dependable, professional, and passionate educators who genuinely love working with students and take pride in making a lasting impact through the arts.
The Opportunity
As we continue to expand our dance programs across our three locations, we are seeking experienced, enthusiastic, and dedicated Ballet Teachers to join our Artistic Faculty.
Our programs serve students from as young as 2 years old through adulthood, and we are particularly interested in teachers who understand how to adapt their instructional approach to different ages, developmental stages, and levels of technical proficiency.
We are looking for the right person for our Dance Faculty — someone who brings not only strong technical knowledge and teaching experience, but also enthusiasm, professionalism, reliability, and a genuine commitment to student development.
Our ideal candidate understands that being an exceptional dance educator involves much more than teaching weekly classes. It includes developing engaging choreography, preparing students for performances, fostering strong classroom relationships, and creating an environment where every student feels encouraged to grow.
Compensation & Scheduling
Compensation: $30–$60 per class, based on class duration and student enrollment, following our incremental compensation structure.
Our teachers enjoy the flexibility of selecting their teaching availability while committing to a consistent weekly schedule.
Teaching hours:
- Weekdays: Classes scheduled between 3:00 PM and 8:00–8:30 PM.
- Weekends: Classes scheduled between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
Teachers may select their preferred teaching days based on the school's scheduling needs and available opportunities.
Because our students and families rely on consistent instruction, dependability and long-term scheduling commitment are essential.
Faculty members are also expected to participate in scheduled rehearsals, choreography preparation, and student dance performances.
This position is best suited for working professionals whose schedules allow them to maintain consistent teaching commitments throughout the academic year. Candidates with significant scheduling restrictions due to other commitments may find this position less suitable.
What Makes Our Academy Special?

- A positive, collaborative, and supportive atmosphere with experienced faculty and administrative staff.
