Job Overview
We are seeking a talented Worship Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead our congregation in musical worship and create a spiritually uplifting atmosphere during services.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate music for all worship services
- Select appropriate music for each service in collaboration with the pastor
- Rehearse and direct musical groups such as choirs, bands, or ensembles
- Provide musical accompaniment during services if needed
- Mentor and develop other musicians and vocalists
- Educate the congregation on worship practices and encourage participation
Skills
- Strong leadership abilities to guide the worship team effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and congregation
- Ability to mentor and develop musical talents within the church community
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $0.01 - $20,000.00 per year
