Duties

- Provide a safe and nurturing learning environment for students

- Use effective classroom management techniques to maintain a positive and productive learning atmosphere

- Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents/guardians

- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement educational programs and initiatives

- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and materials to engage students in the learning process

- Incorporate technology into lessons to enhance student learning

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information

Qualifications

- Education or a related field

- Experience working with children or teaching in a classroom setting

- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners

- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for educating students

- Experience working with adult learners or in adult education programs (preferred)

- Experience in specialized areas such as dance or culinary education (preferred)
