Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Guitar Instructor to join our music education team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in guitar performance and teaching, with the ability to engage students of all ages and skill levels. This role involves developing lesson plans, managing classroom dynamics, and fostering a positive learning environment that encourages creativity and musical expression.

Duties

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to individual student needs and skill levels.
Teach guitar techniques, music theory, and performance skills in a supportive learning environment.
Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to students to enhance their musical abilities.
Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching methods as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.
Organize recitals or performances to showcase student achievements and foster community engagement.
Travel to students' homes to provide lessons.

Qualifications

Proven experience in teaching guitar or related musical instruments, preferably with children or young adults.
Strong skills in lesson planning and curriculum development tailored for music education.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire students through engaging instruction.
A passion for music education and a commitment to fostering a love for learning in students.
