Music City is hiring a Field Marketing Manager to recruit, coach, and drive performance for our Door-to-Door Appointment Setter team. This is a hands-on leadership role where your income grows with your team’s results.

Compensation

Competitive Base Pay based on experience, $40,000 - $50,000
Uncapped monthly bonus opportunities, Paid on team and personal performance
Top leaders exceed $4,000+ per month in bonuses

What You’ll Do

Recruit, train, and mentor Appointment Setters
Set daily/weekly goals and track performance
Coach communication and field execution
Coordinate schedules and territories

What We’re Looking For

Leadership experience in sales, canvassing, or field marketing
Competitive, results-driven mindset
Strong communication and coaching skills
Comfortable working outdoors
Valid driver’s license and clean record
