Job Description:
I’m an independent R&B/Soul singer seeking an experienced Artist Manager who understands R&B/Hip-Hop culture and music. At this stage, I average 40k–50k monthly listeners on Spotify (search Tyree Thomas on Spotify to hear my music and see if it fits your vision).
Responsibilities:
- Help expand brand, audience, and career opportunities
- Oversee releases, marketing, and booking strategies
- Build industry connections and negotiate opportunities
Requirements:
- Passion for R&B/Hip-Hop music
- Prior experience in artist management or music business
- Strong networking and communication skills
- Worked or interned at a major record label
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Internship
Pay: $23.50 - $28.30 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
