Are you a high school student or a young aspiring creative looking to break into the music video industry?
Do you want to gain real, hands-on experience working with local west coast artists like 310babiii, Mozzy, LIl Vada and more? We’re looking for motivated and reliable Video Production Assistants to support our next video shoot with Lil Vada on January 10, 2026!
This is an entry-level, experience-driven opportunity for individuals who want to learn the fundamentals of video production. No prior experience is required — we’re focused on potential, work ethic, and attitude. If you fit our vibe and show promise during the training period, you may be offered a part-time, on-call paid position with the team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with lighting setup and adjustments.
- Act as a second set of eyes on set to help monitor camera framing, focus, and continuity.
- Support the crew with gear setup, prop management, and scene transitions.
- Help keep shoots organized, on schedule, and running smoothly.
- Maintain a professional, positive, and collaborative presence on set.
Qualifications:
- No experience required—training will be provided.
- Video Production knowledge (Preferred)
- 18 Years old or older.
- Willingness to learn and help wherever needed.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods during shoots.
- Outgoing, team-oriented, and dependable.
- Interest in music, visual content, or video production is a plus
