Rettig Music is hiring experienced music teachers to provide private instrument lessons. We are seeking professional educators for the following instruments:
· Piano Teacher (Intermediate/Advanced)
· Strings Teacher (Violin, Viola, Cello, Bass)
· Voice Teacher / Vocal Instructor
· Guitar Instructor
· Percussion / Drum
Job Type: Private Lesson Instructor
Schedule: Flexible (based on studio needs)
Responsibilities:
· Teach private, one-on-one music lessons
· Instruct students of varying ages and skill levels
· Foster strong technique, musicianship, and musical growth
· Communicate professionally with students, parents, and studio staff
Required Qualifications:
· Proficiency on primary instrument(s)
· Prior teaching experience (private lessons or classroom)
· Professional, reliable, and student-focused approach
· Verified professional references required
· Current background check required (must provide or complete upon hire)
Preferred Qualifications:
· Degree in music, music education, or related field
· Experience teaching in a private lesson studio or school setting
