Job Description - What you'll be doing
The Tennessee Titans seek a Manager, Music Strategy to support the club’s overall music strategy across content, game day, strategic partnerships, merchandise, and fan engagement. Reporting to the Manager of Brand Extensions on the Entertainment & Fan Engagement team, this driven, collaborative professional will serve as a connector across internal teams and external music partners, helping bring the Titans’ brand to life through music. This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role for someone excited to help build a new vertical within the organization. The ideal candidate brings music industry experience, strong creative and strategic instincts, and an eagerness to dig in, playing a key role in shaping the future of the Titans’ music strategy as the organization prepares for the opening of the new stadium in 2027.
- Support the development and execution of the Titans’ overall music strategy across content, game day, strategic partnerships, merchandise, and fan engagement initiatives.
- Help guide and execute music syncs for team content across social, digital, broadcast, and in-venue platforms, collaborating closely with Creative and Content teams.
- Partner with the Influencer Marketing team to support music artist engagement, including outreach, relationship management, and activation opportunities.
- Work closely with the Game Day Presentation team to support in-game music programming (digital and in-person), helping shape emotional beats, momentum, and crowd activation.
- Collaborate with the Nissan Stadium team and venue partners to identify and execute cross-promotional opportunities involving music, artists, and live experiences.
- Assist in identifying new music-driven partnerships, collaborations, and fan engagement opportunities that align with brand objectives.
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for music-related initiatives, coordinating across Creative, Marketing, Partnerships, Fan Engagement, Broadcast, and Community teams.
- Support artist relations, talent coordination, and music-related activations tied to games, events, and special moments throughout the season.
- Help build internal processes and best practices for music usage, licensing, partnerships, and activation as this vertical continues to evolve.
- Track trends in music, culture, and fan engagement to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the organization.
Requirements - What you'll bring
Education
- Highschool Diploma Required
Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in the music industry, sports/entertainment, brand partnerships, or related fields
- Demonstrated experience working with artists, labels, publishers, or music-driven campaigns
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives in fast-paced environments
- Creative, innovative thinker with a collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
- Self-starter mentality with comfort operating in ambiguity and helping build new processes from the ground up
- Passion for music, culture, and fan engagement, with an understanding of how music drives emotional connection
- Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
- Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and game days as needed
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
- Potential to work overnight, weekend, and holidays
- This is an in office position located at our training facility in Nashville, TN
