Job Description
Syfy Studios is a professional recording studio in Miami, Florida, offering affordable monthly memberships to recording artists, audio engineers, music producers, and other music professionals.
We are looking for motivated, outgoing, and results driven sales representatives to help expand our membership program.
Your primary responsibility will be to connect with independent audio engineers, music producers, and recording artists, introduce them to our membership opportunities, and convert interested prospects into paying members.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, sales experience, and connections within the music industry.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify audio engineers, music producers, recording artists, and other potential members.
- Contact qualified prospects through social media, email, networking, and other approved outreach methods.
- Explain our studio membership packages and benefits.
- Generate leads, answer questions, and follow up with interested prospects.
- Help prospective members schedule studio tours.
- Convert qualified leads into paying studio members.
- Maintain accurate records of referrals and membership signups.
Compensation
We offer competitive two time commissions for each qualified membership signup:
Studio A Membership — $299/month
- Earn $150 per new paying member for two months (60 days).
- Earn an additional $500 bonus when you successfully recruit 10 Studio A members.
Studio B Membership — $199/month
- Earn $100 per new paying member for 2 months (60 days).
- Earn an additional $300 bonus when you successfully recruit 10 Studio B members.
Commissions and bonuses are subject to verified paid memberships and the terms of the written compensation agreement.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in sales, lead generation, or customer acquisition preferred.
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and online outreach.
- Ability to work independently and consistently follow up with leads.
- Interest in music, recording studios, or the entertainment industry.
- Existing connections with audio engineers, music producers, or recording artists are a major plus.
