Position Overview
We are seeking a Customer Manager who embodies sophistication, enthusiasm, and precision. This is not just a coordination role—it’s about being the bridge between clients’ dreams and the artistry of our musicians. You will guide each client through the process with elegance, ensuring every note, every moment, and every detail is flawlessly executed.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for discerning clients from booking through event day. THIS IS NOT A SALES ROLE.
- Translate each client’s vision into clear, actionable details for our musicians.
- Curate and confirm event details, including music selections, performance timing, and special requests.
- Provide clients with insight on current and emerging trends in luxury wedding and event music.
- Maintain clear, graceful, and timely communication between clients and performers.
- Ensure every performance aligns seamlessly with the sophistication and standards of the Luxe Harmony brand.
- Anticipate and address last-minute changes with poise and discretion.
Requirements
- Confident, articulate communicator who can speak intelligently about music and luxury events.
- Genuine passion for weddings, romance, and elegant experiences.
- Strong organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail.
- Wedding or event planning experience preferred.
- Access to a computer, reliable internet, and phone.
- Composed and resourceful under pressure.
Compensation
- Hourly rate, based on experience and skill.
