PARMA Recordings is a global production house and record label family (Navona, Ravello, Big Round, Ansonica, and Albany Records) helping composers and performers bring their music to life. At the heart of our work is the recording studio, including Studio Martínek in Prague which we manage directly for chamber, solo, and other projects, alongside international partnerships with world-class orchestras and ensembles. From overseeing session logistics and capturing pristine audio, to guiding design, distribution, and promotion, we provide complete, end-to-end support for music creators worldwide.

The A&R Role
As an A&R Representative at PARMA, you will:
- Work directly with composers and performers to explore project possibilities.
- Communicate PARMA’s production and promotional capabilities with clarity and confidence.
- Coordinate session planning, budget preparation, and scheduling with international ensembles.
- Serve as a trusted partner to artists, guiding them through the process of creating and releasing music.
This role requires equal parts professional precision and musical understanding - you’ll be helping artists make critical decisions about their work while ensuring details are managed seamlessly.

Additional Skills That Will Help You Succeed
- At least 2–3 years of professional work experience demonstrating reliability, accountability, and communication skills.
- Background in music (academic, professional, or personal) sufficient to engage with composers and performers.
- Comfort with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail).
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
