The Cadenza Center for Psychotherapy and the Arts is a leading agency in South Florida, proudly providing high-quality therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and adults for over 25 years. Our interdisciplinary team incorporates creative, enriching, and evidence-based interventions to address a broad range of developmental, emotional, cognitive, physical, and behavioral needs.
We are seeking an additional Board-Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC) to join our expanding Mental Health Team. This professional will collaborate with our established Music Therapist and Clinical Director to enhance and further develop our clinical procedures and programming. We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for making a meaningful impact and who shares our vision of integrating the arts into mental health services within a group psychology and behavior therapy practice.

Responsibilities & Opportunities:
· Provide music therapy services across varied settings, including classrooms, clinic-based sessions, and private homes throughout Greater South Florida.
· Work with individuals and groups across diverse populations.
· Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychologists, mental health counselors, and behavior analysts.
· Obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credentials through company-sponsored training.

Qualifications:
· MT-BC credential required.
· 2–5 years of clinical experience as a music therapist in varied settings preferred.
· Experience in mental health, group homes, developmental disabilities, and autism spectrum disorder strongly preferred.
· Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
· Confident, articulate, proactive, and self-motivated.
· Reliable transportation and ability to work independently.
· Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
