Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate schedules for musicians, ensuring timely rehearsals and performances
- Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase visibility and audience engagement for musical acts
- Organize events, concerts, and promotional appearances across various venues
- Build and maintain relationships with theater venues, event organizers, and industry contacts
- Oversee marketing efforts including social media campaigns, press releases, and promotional materials
- Assist musicians with branding, image development, and career planning
- Coordinate logistics such as equipment setup, stage management, and technical requirements during performances
- Monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities for promotion and collaboration
